Senior Program Manager for Tech Transformation

Lead TELUS' next-gen enterprise operations as a Senior Program Manager focused on technology transformation. This role requires strong project and risk management skills.

As part of the TELUS Managed Services Transformation PMO, you will steer the execution of a multi-track program, working collaboratively across global teams and ensuring alignment on critical milestones. With your strategic influence, you’ll shape deliverables that affect the future operational landscape of TELUS.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily project meetings and align strategies

• Conduct formal gate reviews and manage entry/exit criteria

• Maintain RAID register as the single source of truth

• Proactively coordinate critical paths and lead risk strategies

• Prepare executive updates and KPI dashboards

Requirements:

• 7-10 years in managing enterprise-scale transformation initiatives

• Proven experience with gated delivery and agile methodologies

• Strong skills in complex program communication

• PMP or appropriate certification for governance

• Self-directed with a focus on cross-team alignment
