Job Title: Junior Investor Relations Associate

Location: Vancouver, British Columbia (Hybrid)

Overview

We are a growing, publicly listed royalty and mineral exploration company seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Investor Relations Associate to support our communications and investor engagement efforts. This role is ideal for an early-career professional with a background in marketing, business or corporate finance who thrives in a fast-paced and independent work environment. This role directly reports to VP Corporate Development and the Chief Executive Officer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investor Communications Materials
  • Update and maintain the company's website and social media channels, ensuring accuracy and consistency of all public-facing information
  • Prepare and regularly update investor presentations, fact sheets, and other marketing materials
  • Conference & Event Coordination
  • Organize company participation in industry conferences and investor events
  • Coordinate meeting schedules, logistics, and follow-ups with investors and stakeholders
  • Investor Relationship Management
  • Maintain detailed records of investor interactions, meetings, and inquiries
  • Assist in tracking shareholder engagement and supporting ongoing investor outreach initiatives
  • Press Release & Disclosure Support
  • Coordinate the preparation and distribution of press releases and corporate announcements
  • Support compliance with public company disclosure requirements and timelines
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor degree in Business, Economics, Marketing Diploma, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience (interships or entry-level roles in finance, IR, or capital markets considered)
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently with minimal supervision in a professional environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and graphics software (Adobe suite of products). Familiarity with website content management systems and GIS programs is an asset
  • Interest in capital markets, mining/royalty sector, or public company operations is preferred
