This Analyst role supports Ronald McDonald House’s mission by leading business improvements and organizational projects. Collaborating closely with various teams, you will identify changes necessary for efficiency and effectiveness, support the implementation of systems and workflows, and engage stakeholders throughout the process. Your analysis and project management skills will be integral in enabling sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop insights through stakeholder discovery and analysis

• Lead project teams to streamline workflows and processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related

• 3-5 years in project management or organizational effectiveness

• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and SQL reporting

• Experience in managing cross-departmental projects

• Strong understanding of organizational change management
