Business Process Analyst at MineSense

Transform mining efficiency with Mine Sense as a Business Process Analyst on a four-month contract in Vancouver. Focus on enhancing customer lifecycle processes and documentation.

This role supports the Business Development Team by mapping and documenting processes critical to operational success. The ideal candidate will possess experience in business process mapping, logical workflow analysis, and proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools. You'll collaborate across teams to identify gaps and promote adherence to scalable processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support mapping of customer lifecycle processes

• Develop detailed process documentation and milestones

• Identify gaps and recommend workflow improvements

• Consolidate inputs from cross-functional teams

• Maintain and update the lifecycle playbook

Requirements:

• Experience in business process mapping or similar role

• Strong analytical and workflow structuring skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools

• Effective English communication skills;
Spanish is an asset

• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
