Corix seeks a Senior Development Manager to lead the origination of district energy opportunities across Western Canada.

Your role will encompass pipeline development, stakeholder engagement, and strategic deal structuring. You are expected to have strong technical knowledge along with the ability to drive projects through early development stages, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and organize an active project pipeline

• Engage with municipalities and developers as stakeholders

• Lead strategic negotiations and sales initiatives

• Develop compelling proposals and marketing materials

• Gather market intelligence to inform strategy
Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in relevant fields

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or similar

• Knowledge of thermal energy systems or large developments

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

• Experience working with AI tools for efficiency
