Become a key player at Marsh as a Business Operations Specialist in Canada. This hybrid position empowers you to manage technology expenditures and oversee procurement operations.
As a vital part of the Technology team at Marsh, you will leverage your expertise in IT finance and program management, focusing on strategic spend management and operational execution. This role entails managing vendor workflows, conducting variance analysis, and collaborating on financial forecasting with key stakeholders to ensure adherence to budgets and optimal resource allocation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Track and forecast technology P&L expenditures
• Develop annual and quarterly budget forecasts
• Oversee Purchase Orders in Oracle EBS
• Validate invoices and maintain vendor compliance
• Establish spend governance and reporting dashboards
Requirements:
• 7+ years in business management or technology operations
• Proven multi-million dollar budget management experience
• Proficient with Oracle EBS and e-invoicing platforms
• Experience with Planview or resource management tools
• Strong analytical and communication skills
