Managing all aspects of our head office and front desk, the Business Services Team maintains our reception services including visitors to the office, main phone line, email and mail distribution while also supporting meeting room and event services, all travel and accommodation requests and fulfilling online + corporate gift card orders.

• Expected to work from our Vancouver Head Office four to five days per week, with the flexibility to work remotely the remaining days under our hybrid setup.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

• Leading the day-to-day operations of the Vancouver Head Office.
• Managing and developing the Corporate Services team through coaching, delegation, and performance management.
• Ensuring the office remains professional, organized, fully stocked, and guest-ready.
• Coordinating executive travel, meetings, expenses, and day-to-day administrative support.
• Overseeing vendor relationships, facilities, and workplace services.
• Resolving operational issues proactively while continuously improving processes and efficiency.
• Ensuring requests, projects, and follow-ups are completed accurately and on time.
• Creating a collaborative, accountable, and service-focused office environment.

• Provide compensation between $80,000 to $95,000. The compensation package for this role takes various factors into consideration including market rates, experience, and qualifications
