You are expected to own the enablement intake system and collaborate with multiple departments to ensure seamless product launches and execution. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the enablement intake system for effective request handling
• Coordinate end-to-end product launch programs across teams
• Maintain infrastructure for program management and reporting
• Build and track OKRs for measurable outcomes
• Document standard operating procedures for program processes
Requirements:
• 4+ years in program or project management
• Proven ability to prioritize across stakeholders
• Experience with cross-functional program launches
• Strong project management and communication skills
• Familiarity with generative AI tools is a plus
