You’ll have a minimum of five years' experience in developing professional education programs, ideally in legal or professional services. Responsibilities include designing impactful lawyer development programs, evaluating their effectiveness, and leading AI-enabled learning initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver national lawyer education programs

• Oversee associate retreats and experiential learning

• Enhance curriculum with innovative training solutions

• Collaborate on Legal Knowledge and Practice Skills programming

• Evaluate program effectiveness against learning objectives

Requirements:

• LLB or Bachelor's degree with five years' experience

• Proven instructional design and technology experience

• Familiarity with adult learning theories

• Law firm or professional services experience preferred

• Bilingual in French is an asset
