Lead strategic client engagements in DMCL's Private Enterprise team based in Vancouver or Tri-Cities. This managerial role emphasizes collaboration, mentorship, and delivering exceptional service.

DMCL seeks two Managers for our expanding Private Enterprise practice.

Your role will focus on guiding a diverse array of client projects while fostering a supportive environment for junior staff. With a commitment to professional excellence, you will enjoy low turnover and an impactful culture that values both client and employee growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality client service from start to finish

• Coach junior team members and provide constructive feedback

• Build strong client relationships and manage complexities

• Support continuous improvement and efficiencies in processes

• Leverage relevant technology to enhance service delivery

Requirements:

• CPA-certified with over 5 years in public practice

• Proficient in tax, compilations, and review engagements

• Experience with Case Ware and Taxprep software

• Excellent engagement management and coaching skills

• Enthusiastic about mentorship and team collaboration
