As a Strategic Planning Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Director by managing documentation related to strategic planning and project tracking. You will collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure that all initiatives are executed smoothly and on time. This position involves administrative tasks, committee support, and high-level communication responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage strategic planning documentation and workplans

• Monitor initiative progress and report to the Director

• Facilitate cross-departmental meetings and follow-ups

• Prepare quality control materials for executive leadership

• Maintain records and ensure timely communication

Requirements:

• Diploma in relevant administrative or public policy field

• Minimum three years' experience in a support role

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

• Familiarity with governance and policy environments
