The Architectural Institute of British Columbia (AIBC) is looking for a seasoned professional with over 7 years of experience in senior administrative roles. You will support the CEO and Board through project planning, governance processes, and ensuring effective organization-wide collaboration. Your expertise in regulatory environments and project management will be crucial as you navigate key initiatives and support executive communications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify priorities for the CEO and drive completion
• Coordinate logistics for organizational events and meetings
• Maintain knowledge of governance protocols and bylaws
• Execute Board meeting logistics and transcription of minutes
• Manage Annual General Meeting and election processes
Requirements:
• University degree in business or public administration
• 7+ years in executive support or project management
• Knowledge of Policy Governance Model
• Proficient in project management tools and software
• Advanced communication and analytical skills
