In this role, you will analyze financial data, assist in engineering compliance, and provide technical support. Ideal candidates will possess a construction-related degree combined with 3-5 years of industry experience. Your responsibilities will also include ensuring quality through field checks and precise document management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare financial analyses for project cash flow management
• Offer technical guidance to subcontractors ensuring standards compliance
• Assist in evaluating project plans and specifications
• Identify and report field issues for timely resolution
• Manage documentation processes, such as RFI and submittal tracking
Requirements:
• Three to five years of construction-related experience
• Knowledge in scheduling and project management software
• Experience in residential and commercial sectors
• Familiarity with QA processes and project closures
• Understanding of deficiencies and related challenges required
