Position: AIBC Office of the CEO Manager
Join the Architectural Institute of British Columbia as the Office of the CEO Manager, directly supporting the CEO and Board in a dynamic environment. This full-time role emphasizes governance, process improvement, and effective stakeholder engagement.

In this strategic position, you will leverage your extensive experience to manage initiatives that align with AIBC's mission. Working closely with the CEO, you will prioritize key action items, oversee Board meetings, and implement organizational policies.

Your role is integral to ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and fostering collaboration among teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prioritize and communicate CEO's action items

• Organize logistics for meetings and events

• Maintain detailed knowledge of governance processes

• Execute meeting notifications and logistics

• Administer Board elections and compliance processes

Requirements:

• Degree in business administration or related field

• Over 7 years in an administrative or project management role

• Experience with boards in regulatory or non-profit sectors

• Familiarity with business process analysis tools

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
