Mundo AI builds multimodal data infrastructure for frontier research labs and Fortune 100 companies. Our work covers audio, video, and other new data types that advance perceptual intelligence. We are hiring a Product Manager to turn complex research needs into clear data products and deliver high-quality work to clients.

As a Product Manager, you will own custom data projects from early client discovery through final delivery. You’ll work closely with researchers and other client stakeholders to understand what they need, translate ambiguous requirements into a clear plan, and coordinate across our teams to deliver high-quality data.

You’ll work directly with the data and our tools, collaborate closely with the teams producing it, and make sure what we deliver meets the project specifications. When requirements are unclear or projects change, you’ll be expected to figure out the right path forward and keep things moving.

• Understand what clients need and turn unclear goals into a clear, practical plan.

• Lead work from discovery through delivery, with clear scope, priorities, milestones, decisions, and owners.

• Set the standard for quality, review real work, and create simple processes that help teams deliver consistent results.

• Coordinate the people, tools, and work required to deliver, while managing risks, changes, and dependencies.

• Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams, make practical trade-offs, and keep work moving when plans change.

• Use project learning to improve future work, strengthen company systems, and identify new opportunities.

• You have led complex, ambiguous work from the initial problem to a completed outcome.

• You combine clear thinking with hands-on execution and can work at both strategic and detailed levels.

• You can coordinate people with different skills and keep shared work moving toward a clear result.

• You communicate well with external and internal teams and can make sound decisions with incomplete information.

• You learn new domains quickly, are comfortable with technical tools and data, and adapt when priorities change.

• You have high agency, low ego, good commercial judgment, and a strong sense of ownership.

• Experience in an early-stage company, consulting, operations, program leadership, customer delivery, or another cross-functional role.

• Experience working with research teams, enterprise clients, or other demanding customers.

• Experience with AI, data operations, evaluation, media, or other technical work.

• Experience designing quality systems, repeatable processes, or standards for complex work.

• Technical fluency with data tools, spreadsheets, SQL, automation, or similar systems.
