Must-Haves

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst supporting IT projects and initiatives.
• Some knowledge and experience with AI
• Strong experience eliciting, documenting, and validating business and functional requirements.
• Ability to facilitate workshops and engage effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Experience with process mapping, workflow analysis, and business process improvement.
• Knowledge of Agile and/or Waterfall project delivery methodologies.
• Experience supporting testing activities, including UAT and requirements traceability.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to leverage Microsoft Copilot or similar AI-enabled productivity tools to enhance requirements gathering, documentation, analysis, and stakeholder communications.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience in a utility, energy, or other regulated environment.
• Experience with enterprise applications, data integrations, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Familiarity with Azure Dev Ops, Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools such as Power BI.
• Business Analysis certification (CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, or equivalent).
• Experience supporting change management and business readiness activities.
