Norton Rose Fulbright seeks a skilled Senior Client Insights Analyst in a hybrid work model to enhance client portfolio analytics and reporting. Utilize your expertise in data visualization and client interfaces to drive insights.
As part of the Pricing & Client Insights team, you will analyze data, develop insightful dashboards, and support performance evaluations across legal matters. This role requires collaboration with various teams, including Pricing and Finance, to ensure accurate reporting and identify best practices for client insights.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collect and analyze client and matter data for reports
• Conduct regular client portfolio performance analyses
• Collaborate with internal teams for timely reporting
• Support the development of client insights best practices
• Prepare monthly insights reports for stakeholders
Requirements:
• Bachelor's in a quantitative field preferred
• 3-5 years in a similar analytical role
• Strong data management and communication skills
• Familiarity with change management practices
• Proficiency in Excel, SAP, and visualization tools
