Data-Centric Business Analyst at ABB

Drive impactful data solutions at ABB as a Business Analyst dedicated to sustainability. Engage in a hybrid/remote model supporting ESG initiatives with your expertise.

In this role, you will report to the Global Automation Analytics Service Owner and connect the dots between technical requirements and business strategies. Your expertise in data analysis will guide improvements in ESG reporting, where you'll identify needs and translate them into actionable solutions. You will actively participate in service improvement processes that bolster decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide analysis and technical support for IS solutions

• Coordinate ESG reporting requirements across various teams

• Analyze data flows and sustainability reporting needs

• Identify gaps and enhance reporting processes for accuracy

• Act as Product Owner for AU sustainability initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or similar

• 3–5 years in business/data analysis or product roles

• Experience in ESG reporting and data analytics software

• Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement

• Background in Agile and backlog management methodologies
