Position: Affinity Senior Business Analyst & QA Consultant
Affinity seeks a Senior Digital Business Analyst & QA Consultant to lead the Client Portal project. Your primary focus will be on translating stakeholder requirements into actionable insights and ensuring testing success.

In this senior role, you will engage with stakeholders to elicit and validate requirements, analyze processes, and support system testing. You will drive the development of strategic user stories while maintaining traceability throughout the project lifecycle. Your contributions will be crucial in achieving effective outcomes in client service enhancement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead requirements validation and stakeholder workshops

• Gather functional and non-functional business needs

• Analyze the client journey and identify opportunities for improvement

• Participate in Agile ceremonies and maintain backlogs

• Develop and execute testing plans across various phases

Requirements:

• Significant experience in complex digital projects

• Expertise in documenting and analyzing business requirements

• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum practices

• Proficient in UX/UI, testing, and user-centered strategies

• Strong facilitation and presentation skills
