Reporting to the VP, Business Development, you will drive initiatives that expand EA SPORTS franchises beyond core gaming. Collaborate closely with teams across EA Ventures and the business development organization, aligning objectives and leveraging existing partnerships for innovation and growth. The position requires strong cross-functional leadership and commercial acumen to support scalable, fan-centric experiences for EA SPORTS.
Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with EA Ventures on the Beyond Game strategy
• Identify and execute strategic partnerships
• Evaluate opportunities in sports media and technology
• Manage partnerships from identification through governance
• Collaborate with franchise development and legal teams
Requirements:
• 7-10 years in Business Development or Strategic Partnerships
• Proven complex partnership negotiation skills
• Strong understanding of sports and digital media
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders
• Excellent financial modeling capabilities
