At Vancity, you will play a vital role in advancing our enterprise risk management program. This full-time, permanent position requires collaboration with diverse stakeholders to implement the Enterprise Risk Management Framework (ERMF) and strengthen risk ownership across the organization. You will be instrumental in cultivating a proactive risk management environment that aligns with Vancity’s commitment to social justice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support implementation of the Enterprise Risk Management Framework

• Coordinate annual ERMF reviews to meet regulatory standards

• Drive enterprise risk management processes and tools

• Facilitate stakeholder engagement through training and communication

• Prepare enterprise risk reports for management committees

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field

• Minimum 5 years in enterprise risk management

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Exceptional communication and facilitation abilities

• Professional designations like CRM or CPA are an asset
