- Best Buy Business Are you forward-thinking and always looking to establish better systems and processes? As a Program Coordinator, you will be a conduit to our sales team and a key part of our self-service ecommerce portal. You will facilitate new client onboarding, participate in fraud vetting, and assist with program management functions, including custom client catalogs. You will also play a part in creating leads to drive new customer business.

We practice a remote-first working model, leveraging in-person interactions at our head office in beautiful Vancouver, BC, for strategic, collaborative, and social purposes.

• Oversee client onboarding, performing necessary validations to facilitate a seamless transition for new users. This includes administering user access, verifying compliance with internal protocols, and ensuring business operations.
• In partnership with the Program Manager, set up and administer custom client catalogs in the self-service ecommerce portal based on client types.
• Set daily priorities for managing incoming pricing and product-related requests, ensuring timely responses and coordination across internal teams by effectively organizing and overseeing multiple shared inboxes.
• Act as a liaison between internal teams and external partners to support operations, including maintaining accurate product information, inventory, pricing, and order-processing workflows.
• When necessary, assist the Program Manager with analysis for creating and maintaining budgets related to Best Buy Business Marketplace sales and operating margins.
• Review and assign data-driven leads in Salesforce to drive new revenue streams for Best Buy Business account managers.
• Prepare detailed reports, analyses, manuals, and internal communications to support ongoing evaluations and contribute to process documentation and planning efforts.

• 1–2 years of experience in administration or a business-to-business environment.
• A bachelor’s degree or diploma in finance, commerce, business management, marketing, logistics, or a related field is preferred.
• A background in finance, business, or logistics is an asset but is not required.

$45,000.00 - $50,000.00 Starting pay offered will consider skills and experience. Your pay can grow as you build your career with us.
