Program Coordinator

• Oversee client onboarding, performing necessary validations to facilitate a seamless transition for new users
• Administer user access, verify compliance with internal protocols, and ensure business operations
• Set up and administer custom client catalogs in the self-service ecommerce portal based on client types
• Set daily priorities for pricing and product-related requests and oversee multiple shared inboxes
• Liaise between internal teams and external partners to support operations and maintain accurate product, inventory, pricing, and order-processing information
• Assist the Program Manager with analysis for budgets related to Best Buy Business Marketplace sales and operating margins
• Review and assign data-driven leads in Salesforce to drive new revenue streams
• Prepare detailed reports, analyses, manuals, internal communications, process documentation, and planning materials

• 1–2 years of experience in administration or a business-to-business environment
• A bachelor’s degree or diploma in finance, commerce, business management, marketing, logistics, or a related field is preferred
• A background in finance, business, or logistics is an asset but is not required

Demonstrates expertise in client onboarding, user access administration, and compliance verification while effectively liaising between internal teams and external partners. Proficient in data analysis, report preparation, and managing e-commerce operations to drive revenue growth.
