Become an Advisory Specialist I (Entities) with Diligent, focusing on compliance-related solutions in a hybrid work model. Drive exceptional client experiences while delivering Professional Services and product expertise through customer journey support.
Diligent is expanding its Professional Services team and is seeking your expertise. As an Advisory Specialist, you will assist clients throughout the implementation process. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure excellence in service delivery while leveraging your product knowledge to guide clients on best practices and successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver Professional Services throughout client lifecycle
• Assist management and stakeholders in customer journeys
• Provide product expertise for solution rollout
• Prepare and cleanse data for migration
• Ensure quality delivery of contracted services
Requirements:
• 12+ months of relevant consulting or customer-facing experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with GRC disciplines or willingness to learn
• Effective time management and organization
• Ability to collaborate across internal teams
