- Responsible for the leadership, supervision and administration of the program.
- Lead the staff team to plan, evaluate, and implement daily activities in line with SVNH philosophy that support and promote the development of the whole child.
- Work in partnership and with the Coordinator and Director to explore and implement innovative programming.
- Builds and maintains supportive and collaborative relationships with families and community service providers.
- Adapt to changing circumstances, handle emergencies skilfully using discretion and confidentiality.
- Ensure best practices, licensing requirements and SVNH policies and procedures are met for the program.
