Blackbird Interactive is seeking a passionate Concept Artist to join our team and continue developing a AAA Sci‑fi action title.

In this position, you’ll be working under the supervision of an Art Director
, crafting the look of everything from unique weapons to immersive environments.

• Collaborate with Art Director to expand artistic vision of established IP.
• Create both 2D and 3D concepts as required to produce a variety of AAA assets including weapons, apparel, environments and props.
• Curate in‑depth knowledge of game universe with an eye for immersion.
• Develop ideas rapidly and provide workable variations based on technical constraints.

• 3+ years of proven gameplay development experience.
• Excellent design sense, illustration skills and art fundamentals.
• Ability to quickly generate and communicate wide range of visual ideas.
• Ability to work in a collaborative environment, experience with Art Directors.
• Detail oriented with strong practice of visual research.

• Creating usable base 3D concepts.
• Passion for immersive science fiction.

$75,000 - $85,000 a year
