As a Visual Experience Designer II within CX Services, your impact shows up in the details. We focus on solving fan friction across the end‑to‑end journey, and you help shape how those solutions look, feel, and move. From early concepts to production‑ready assets, your work helps ensure experiences feel intentional, legible, and well‑crafted. You will report to the Director of CX Solutions Design.
Responsibilities- Design high‑quality product solutions that address fan friction across the CX journey, from concept through production.
- Create concept designs and visual explorations to align on direction early.
- Conduct lightweight secondary research, such as comparative reviews or teardowns, to inform visual decisions.
- Translate design direction and research inputs into high‑fidelity visual designs.
- Define and apply motion behaviors that improve usability and feedback.
- Collaborate with designers, PMs, and engineers to deliver production‑ready designs.
- 3–6 years of experience in visual, product, or experience design for digital products and services.
- Strong visual design fundamentals, with a portfolio demonstrating UI explorations and production‑quality execution.
- Experience applying and extending design systems, alongside creating coherent, high‑quality designs in the absence of a formal system.
- 3+ years of experience working with Figma, Adobe Suite, and prototyping tools.
- Working knowledge of motion and interaction principles.

* The expectation for this role is to work on a hybrid work model, 3 days in office.
Pay Transparency - North America
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITSThe ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. If you reside in a different location, a recruiter will advise on the applicable range and benefits. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs).
PAY RANGES
* Washington (depending on location e.g. Seattle vs. Spokane) *$108,900 - $145,200 USD

In the US, we offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to temporary full‑time employees scheduled to work full time.
