Senior Video Editor

We’re a multi‑functional group, with world‑class expertise in building fandoms, driving interactive storytelling, and positioning our franchises at the center of the broader entertainment ecosystem.

As a Senior Video Editor, you will report to the Lead Video Editor and work with a creative team of artists to ensure our marketing content is delivered at the highest quality and competes on a world‑class level. You will take the lead in driving the creative vision and direction of video projects, overseeing the editing process from concept to final delivery, acting as the primary editor for key projects, showcasing your expertise in storytelling, pacing, and visual aesthetics, and providing guidance and direction to other video editors, inspiring them to deliver their best work and ensuring cohesion and consistency of the project.

• Edit video content for several platforms, such as social media, websites, and television.
• Collaborate with creative teams, including writers, producers, and creatives, to develop video concepts and implement them.
• Incorporate feedback from Producers and Creatives and make necessary revisions to ensure the final product meets expectations.
• Ensure the video content aligns with brand guidelines and visual standards.

• 7+ years’ experience, ideally in a senior role.
• Experience cutting picture, sound, and music within a commercial environment.
• Motion graphic skills.
• Track record of delivering multiple successful projects.
• Demonstrated knowledge of American football and its culture, with the ability to apply this understanding to enhance and create engaging, relevant content.
• Deep passion and insight into the latest trends, techniques, and social networks.
• Solution focused with the ability to dive technically deep while still focused on deadlines.
• Experience with multiple formats and the ability to identify graphical, editorial trends.
• Sets clear priorities to complete work tasks, allocating resources efficiently.
• Deep knowledge of Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and solid knowledge of Creative Suite.
• Solid knowledge of computers and video post technology, pipelines, and workflows.

The ranges listed below are what EA expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs).
