Technical Supervisor in Animation at Netflix

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement tools and workflows aligned with visual and technical goals

• Troubleshoot and optimize production processes for artists

• Deliver clear communication on project statuses and technical issues

Requirements:

• Over 5 years of experience in animation or VFX pipeline

• Strong programming skills in Python and toolset familiarity

• Understanding of production workflows and DCC software

• Agile and Git experience for collaborative practices

• Relevant degree in Animation, Film, or Computer Science
