As a seasoned professional, you will possess a Bachelor's degree or relevant experience and a minimum of five years in feature film crowd management. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage crowd creative processes and integration with production

• Mentor junior artists in crowd pipeline techniques

• Facilitate communication regarding deadlines and project feedback

• Oversee motion capture sessions for assets and libraries

• Create and enhance tools and workflows for crowd department
Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

• At least five years in crowd supervision roles

• Proficient in Houdini and/or Golaem

• Must have knowledge of Maya

• Strong independent problem-solving skills
