Product Designer

Overview

We re looking for an AI-accelerated Product Designer to join our small, versatile design team. Working closely with Product Managers and Engineering partners, you ll craft intuitive, end-to-end experiences across our suite of enterprise products in a fast-paced environment. You ll meet regularly with users to develop a deep understanding of the needs and goals of the people we re building for.

Hybrid role, 1 day per week in our downtown office. Only candidates located in the Lower Mainland will be considered.

Our team has a bias for action, prioritizing learning and iteration over first-time perfection. AI is central to how we design and build, and we re looking for someone who s actively using it to ideate, prototype, and move faster. You thrive in ambiguity, enjoy untangling complexity, and aren t afraid to ask the right questions when things aren t fully defined.
