Shape the creative direction of a Marvel Animation series as the Lead Previs and Layout Supervisor s role combines artistic ambition with pragmatic production management.
You'll oversee the previs and layout teams, directly collaborating with the Director to translate high-level concepts into detailed workflows. Your background in production and leadership will empower your team of artists, ensuring they excel during critical production cycles. With 7-10+ years of experience, you will effectively communicate between departments to create seamless transitions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage storyboard translations into engaging 3D layouts

• Host set scout sessions to align with creative visions

• Lead and mentor Camera and Staging teams

• Harmonize production realities with artistic aspirations

• Guide the review process using Flow Production Tracking
Requirements:

• 7-10+ years of supervisory experience in animation

• Deep knowledge of cinematography and layout principles

• Strong command of Maya and familiarity with editing tools

• Empathetic leadership style for team support

• Legally eligible to work in British Columbia
