Insight Global is seeking a Digital Designer to support a rapidly growing, technology-driven organization operating within the digital media and content space. This individual will own end-to-end visual execution across marketing, product, sales, and executive-facing materials.
This is a high-output, performance-driven design role where the Designer will collaborate closely with marketing and content teams to deliver a steady pipeline of creative assets, including paid media, landing pages, lifecycle campaigns, motion graphics, and presentation materials. The environment leverages AI-powered tools to generate creative iterations, with the Designer responsible for refining outputs, applying brand standards, and ensuring high-quality final deliverables.
The ideal candidate brings a strong balance of brand design, performance marketing creative, and motion experience, with the ability to produce and iterate quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Skills and Requirements
5+ years of experience in digital design, preferably within tech, media, or high-growth environments
Strong portfolio demonstrating performance marketing creative, branding, and motion work
Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
Experience with motion/video tools (After Effects, Premiere, Cap Cut, or similar)
Background in designing for performance (e.g., paid media, conversion optimization)
Ability to interpret campaign performance metrics (CTR, conversion rates, etc.) and iterate accordingly
Strong foundation in design principles (layout, hierarchy, typography, color, motion)
Experience working in fast-paced environments with multiple concurrent projects Exposure to AI-driven design tools or automated creative workflows
Experience building or scaling design systems
Familiarity with growth experimentation or A/B testing frameworks
Experience creating content for digital media or platform-based products
