• Manage overall budget and resource strategy
• Create and present cost projections and reports
• Lead cross‑departmental brainstorming and problem‑solving
• Implement and maintain Shotgrid templates
• Foster team morale and monitor workplace culture

• Minimum of 8 years in animation production management
• Solid skills in film scheduling and execution
• Knowledge of asset management tools
• Experience working directly with creative leaders
• Flexibility to travel internationally when needed
