The Role We’re looking for a Graphic Designer to join our in‑house creative team in Vancouver. Reporting to the Art Director and working alongside other designers, you’ll shape and extend the DUER visual language across digital and print. This is a hands‑on role for someone who loves typography, sweats the details, and can hold a system together as the brand grows.
What You’ll Do Design across the full brand ecosystem, including campaigns, ecommerce, email, social, packaging, in‑store graphics, lookbooks, and print collateral.
Develop and maintain graphic systems that scale cleanly across digital and print touchpoints.
Partner with the Art Director and fellow designers to push the brand forward while protecting consistency.
Own projects end to end, from concept and exploration to final production‑ready files.
Bring strong typographic craft to every layout, from headline systems to long‑form editorial.
Collaborate with marketing, ecommerce, product, and retail teams to translate strategy into work that looks and feels unmistakably DUER.
Help evolve our brand guidelines as the visual language matures.
Work with contractors on projects.
Support on campaign shoots.
What You Bring 5+ years of graphic design experience, ideally including time in‑house at a fashion, apparel, or lifestyle brand.
A portfolio that shows range across digital and print, with a clear point of view on typography and layout.
Robust command of Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
Experience designing for UI as well as print production, with an understanding of what each medium demands.
Proven ability to build and steward graphic systems, not just one‑off assets.
Confidence presenting your thinking and incorporating feedback from creative and cross‑functional partners.
A collaborative working style, a sharp eye, and high standards for craft.
Nice to Have Motion graphics skills (After Effects or similar) for social, web, and campaign work.
Previous in‑house experience at a fashion or apparel company.
