Position: Crowd Supervisor For Film Production
Join our Vancouver film studio as a Crowd Supervisor overseeing talented artists in the crowd department. You’ll lead collaboration efforts and streamline crowd production processes. As a Crowd Supervisor, you will be instrumental in driving effective crowd pipeline integration and mentoring junior team members. Your leadership will ensure that workflows are optimized, facilitating explicit communication with stakeholders on shot sequences and deadlines.

This role also involves training and supervising motion capture sessions to capture high-quality performances.
Responsibilities   Manage the crowd department for feature film projects
Solve problems related to crowd integration
Communicate schedules and feedback effectively
Mentor artists in crowd pipeline techniques
Supervise motion capture sessions when necessary
Qualifications   Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
Minimum five years of experience in crowd production
Skilled in Houdini and/or Golaem
Proficient in Maya required, knowledge of others preferred
Solid troubleshooting and independent working capability
Use your extensive background in crowd supervision to excel at our Vancouver studio.
