Sewer

We are Frankie. We create low-waste fashion designed to inspire change. We are seeking a highly motivated, unconventional thinker who is as passionate as we are about sustainable fashion.

As a sewer you are responsible for producing high quality garments through the application of correct sewing techniques. Our production style is unique so the ideal candidate should possess a creative flair. This position is open to both full time or part time.

• Sewing many types of garments with varying machinery including but not limited to straight stitch, Serger and Coverstitch
• Constructing garments using a wide variety of upcycled materials
• Tracking and communicating material and notion needs
• You may be required to cut fabric on occasion

• Experience with industrial sewing machines is a plus
• An enthusiastic approach to taking on new opportunities and challenges
• A sense of urgency and ability to prioritize important work
