We are seeking a Senior Designer / Creative Director to guide our creative team into a new era of design innovation. This is a position for a visionary leader, someone who not only envisions the future of luxury marketing but also has the acumen to bring it into reality. You will be the beacon of creativity within the company, charting the course for brand narratives and ensuring that every design speaks to both hearts and minds with eloquence and finesse.

• Take the helm of design initiatives, directing concept development through to execution with a keen strategic eye.
• Orchestrate compelling presentations that capture the imagination of clients and team members alike.
• Be the custodian of creative excellence, ensuring that every piece aligns with our ethos of sophistication and innovation.
• Generate and interpret progress analytics, maintaining a bird's-eye view of creative operations and ensuring every project aligns with our high standards.
• Mentor and inspire a team of talented designers, fostering an environment where ideas flourish and creative boundaries are expanded.

• A proven track record of leading design within the realm of print and digital media, paired with a mastery of Adobe Creative Suite and other leading-edge design software.
