Position: Previs/Layout Supervisor for Marvel Animation
Lead the 3D visualization effort as a Previs/Layout Supervisor at Stellar Creative Lab in Vancouver. Work closely with directors to translate their vision into compelling 3D scenes through optimized workflows and team guidance.

This full-time supervisor role requires 7-10 years of experience in Previs, Layout, or Camera pipelines. You will oversee the creation of proxy environments, manage shot lists, and ensure effective character staging. Your expertise will shape the cinematic language of a premium series for Marvel Animation, enhancing storytelling through technical excellence and creative collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Director for virtual set-scout sessions

• Translate 2D storyboards into 3D environments

• Manage shot lists and propose technical solutions

• Schedule and allocate sequence-level tasks across the team

• Mentor and support your artistic crew

Requirements:

• 7-10+ years in production with supervisory experience

• Mastery of cinematography principles and workflows

• Proficient in Autodesk Maya and production pipelines

• Strong leadership rooted in empathy and collaboration

• Eligibility to work legally in British Columbia
