Intermediate Production Coordinator at Sony Pictures

As a key part of our production department, you will directly report to the Production Department Manager, aiding APMs, DPMs, and Producers. Your experience in VFX, CG Animation, or Game production will help drive our projects forward. You will coordinate artist needs, facilitate communication, and track shot data effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare playlists for team meetings and rounds

• Track shot data in Shotgrid database

• Note take during team touch bases and reviews

• Facilitate artist/supervisor needs effectively

• Motivate your team and maintain high morale

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years in VFX or CG production

• Solid understanding of digital production workflows

• Experience in Shotgrid tracking software

• Proactive and self-motivated work ethic

• Strong multitasking and conflict resolution skills
