About the Role
We design clothing for women who run courtrooms, clinics, and boardrooms — and we hold our creative to the same standard we hold our product: considered, precise, and nothing wasted. We're looking for an Art Director to own the visual and content output of the brand end-to-end.

Salary Range: $55,000 – $70,000 CAD
- Social media — planning, scheduling, and posting across platforms at a 4x/week cadence, with a consistent visual identity and grid presence managed through
- Email design — campaign builds, newsletter design, and sale launch creative using Klayvio. Copy is handled separately; you will be responsible for layout, design, and production.
- Graphic design — homepage banners, social graphics, ad creative, and web assets across the full campaign calendar.
- Print and packaging — inserts, event collateral, and sponsorship materials. These have longer lead times and need proactive flagging.
- Video editing and content — short‑form video and reels for organic social, with periodic on‑location filming on Vancouver Island and Vancouver.
- Motion graphic creation and innovation
Demonstrated experience in brand‑consistent visual design, ideally in fashion, retail, or premium lifestyle. You understand the difference between a brand that whispers and one that shouts — and you know which this is.
- Proficiency in Cap Cut or comparable video editing tools, and comfort working within established brand systems rather than reinventing them.
- Experience with or similar social media scheduling platforms. Familiarity with Notion for campaign planning is a plus.
- Familiarity working in Canva, creating templates and other designs for other team members to use.
- Strong organizational instincts. You'll be managing multiple formats and timelines simultaneously, with awareness of where print lead times diverge from social.
- Collaborative working style. Copy, strategy, and approval routing all involve other stakeholders — this role executes within a defined creative framework, not around it.
- Ability to travel for periodic shoot days. Access to your own reliable transport is an asset.
Campaign direction and copy come from the marketing team. The approval process runs through the founder. Brand voice and visual standards are documented and expected to be applied consistently — not interpreted loosely.
What we offer- $55,000 – $70,000 CAD, dependent on experience.
- Hybrid work model — primarily remote, but you will be required to travel for shoot and in‑office meetings in Vancouver occasionally.
