This Animation Supervisor role seeks an experienced leader in character animation with a minimum of five years in the field. You will work with the Heads of Character Animation to ensure characters resonate with audiences while collaborating with various teams to deliver high-quality animation. Your leadership will guide animators towards excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with other supervisors to maintain animation standards

• Help develop characters with art and character departments

• Regularly review team progress to uphold creative goals

• Clearly communicate shot statuses to Production

• Lead by example on complex animation tasks
Requirements:

• 5+ years in feature animated or VFX films

• Deep understanding of animation principles and aesthetics

• Proficient in Maya or similar animation software

• Strong communication and feedback abilities

• Openness to new workflows and dedication to improvement
