Job OverviewWe are looking for a motivated Junior Video Producer to join our Vancouver creative team. In this role, you will support the end-to-end production of video content that communicates Zena Tech's technology, brand, and mission to a global audience. You will work closely with marketing, product, and executive teams to produce content across social media, product launches, investor communications, and internal channels.

- Support pre-production planning including scripting, storyboarding, shot lists, scheduling, and location coordination.
- Operate cameras and audio equipment on location and in-studio shoots, including drone footage review and integration.
- Edit video content for social media, website, product demonstrations, investor presentations, and trade shows.
- Manage media assets, project files, and version control within shared drives.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather approvals, incorporate feedback, and meet production deadlines.
- Contribute to the development of Zena Tech's visual identity and brand voice across video formats.
- Stay current with the latest content trends across Instagram, You Tube, Tik Tok, Reels, and Shorts.
- Create fast, engaging, platform native video content for social media, including content filmed on iPhones and other mobile devices.
- Film, shoot, and capture content in office, field, event, and studio environments using available equipment.
- Edit and post produce video content for social media, marketing, product, and branded storytelling needs.
- Operate professional video and cinema cameras, including systems such as the Canon C80 and Canon C50.
- 1–3 years of experience in video production, post-production, or a related creative role (agency, in-house, or freelance).
- Familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro and or DaVinci resolve.
- Hands-on experience with camera operation, lighting, and field audio capture.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment.
- Comfortable working in a technical industry; ability to learn and accurately represent complex subject matter (drones, AI, SaaS).
- Post-secondary education in film production, broadcasting, communications, or a related discipline is preferred.
- A portfolio or reel demonstrating range across formats (short-form social, product, corporate) is required.
