We're seeking an experienced Compositor to develop key visual looks in conjunction with the Lighting Department and Production Designer. With over three years of compositing experience in animated or live-action VFX, you'll tackle complex shots and ensure continuity while embracing artistic innovation. Your proficiency in Nuke, colour theory, and pipeline design will enhance workflows and team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop key looks with the Lighting Department

• Collaborate with the Compositing Supervisor on shots

• Create look setups scalable across multiple shots

• Mentor junior compositors to foster knowledge sharing

• Communicate effectively while troubleshooting technical challenges

Requirements:

• 3+ years in VFX feature films or high-end series

• Expertise in look development and colour theory

• Strong Nuke production experience

• Proficient in handling CG elements, AOVs, and layers

• Excellent problem-solving and organization skills
