This key position supports the Production Department by managing artist coordination across various shows in VFX Feature Film and CG Animation. Candidates must demonstrate a minimum of four years of relevant experience in production environments, showcasing their ability to facilitate communication, report tracking data, and maintain project schedules effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set team calendar for regular meeting cadences

• Liaise between artists, leads, and supervisors

• Analyze shot comments for technical accuracy

• Drive workflow to meet artistic bid days

• Communicate client feedback clearly to the team

Requirements:

• At least 4 years in VFX/CG or Game production

• Advanced knowledge of digital production workflows

• Proficient in Shotgrid tracking systems

• Strong organization and multitasking skills

• Ability to motivate and maintain team morale
