In this position, you will maintain the visual and technical frameworks needed for successful animation projects. Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with directors to define visual aesthetics

• Guide technical foundations for animated features

• Communicate project progress and challenges to clients

• Implement new techniques for studio efficiency

• Mentor team members on best practices and resources

Requirements:

• 8+ years of animation or film experience

• 5+ years in a Supervisory capacity

• Excellent understanding of CG production workflows

• Experience with Arnold or Render Man software

• Strong communication and leadership skills
