CG Senior Designer

Position: CG Senior Designer Role
Join Wild Brain Studios as a Senior Designer, specializing in CG and animation in beautiful Vancouver, British Columbia. Drive creativity while mentoring fellow designers in a vibrant hybrid workspace.

As an essential member of the design crew, you will create innovative FX designs and original concepts under the supervision of the Art Director. Your ability to collaborate with various departments ensures that every design fulfills production specifications while maintaining the show’s style and artistic integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce original designs adhering to production schedules

• Provide multiple design concepts in specified styles

• Maintain alignment with scripts and current animatics

• Identify production issues proactively and communicate solutions

• Keep design files organized throughout the project

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years in animation design production

• Experience with stylized FX in both CG and 2D

• Strong artistic fundamentals in drawing and color

• Capable of multitasking in fast-paced settings

• Team-oriented with a proactive work approach
