Content Creator – Photo & Video Profile

Hybrid position | Full-time – Saint-Lambert

You're into content creation, you know how to tell a story behind a camera, and video is in your blood?

This job might be for you.

You will work closely with our content director, our creative and account management teams, and our clients to conceive, capture, and edit high-impact content. Photography, video, social media content, newsletters, various graphic needs; you'll do it all, but with a clear visual and motion signature. You'll be a creative pillar of the team and will have the opportunity to share your video expertise with our creative team.

Bonus: our Tik Tok account is looking for its creative soul, and our team is more than motivated to jump on board with your wildest ideas.

We help our clients accelerate their sales and build their brand awareness by combining Multi-channel prospecting and content marketing. Each mandate is designed to generate concrete and measurable results.

As part of our growth, we aversatile content creator with a specialization in photography and video, capable of elevating our clients' content through a strategic and creative approach.

Imagine and realize photo and video content ideas for our clients and for AUX B2B

Think video first:
You know how to tell when an idea is worth filming rather than posting as a static image

Conduct photo sessions for our clients (social media, web, communications needs)

Scripting, filming, and editing video content: short clips, testimonials, social media content, corporate content

Guide and direct subjects in front of the camera to bring out the best in them

Capture on-site content with our clients (filming, events, creation sessions)

Ensure consistency between the content produced and the brand image of each client.

Help develop content strategies and editorial calendars for clients

Create social media visuals by leveraging the brand identity (Canva + collaboration with our graphic designer)

Be responsible for writing and formatting customer newsletters

Stay on top of photo, video trends, and best practices in B2B content

Bachelor's degree in communication, multimedia, audiovisual, marketing, or other relevant training

You have at least 3 years of experience in content creation

Advanced DaVinci Resolve Mastery (Essential)

A good eye for photography and mastery of photography techniques (essential)

Good knowledge of Canva, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Lightroom

Experience with drones or strong curiosity and interest in learning (an asset)

You master written French and English

You have good business acumen: you quickly understand your clients' challenges, their tone, their market, and you know how to make them shine.

You have a knack for marketing copy and know how to play with words to make a visual even more impactful

You are capable of juggling multiple accounts and priorities

You show rigor and meticulousness.

You work well in a team and enjoy sharing your knowledge.

You understand the realities of B2B marketing (or you're eager to learn)
