Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and mentor junior and mid-level compositing artists

• Collaborate with VFX Supervisor to set visual style

• Review and approve shots, providing constructive feedback

• Manage project timelines and compositing deliverables

• Troubleshoot technical issues during compositing production

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in visual effects compositing

• Proficient in Nuke, After Effects, or similar software

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Familiarity with VFX pipeline and cross-department collaboration

• Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently
