Position: Lead Motion Designer at The Heist Studio
Join The Heist Studio as a Senior Motion Designer, leading innovative motion graphic projects that inspire and elevate creativity. Collaborate with talented individuals focused on excellence.

In this senior role, you will leverage your 5+ years of experience to lead the design and animation of both 2D and 3D graphics. You’ll partner with Art Directors and Creative Directors, ensuring that each project meets the creative standards expected from The Heist. Mentoring junior designers and solving complex challenges will also be key aspects of your influence in the studio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design dynamic motion graphics for various media platforms

• Create storyboards and style frames aligning with artistic vision

• Collaborate with team members to enhance overall production

• Independently resolve creative and technical issues

• Mentor junior designers for team skill development

Requirements:

• 5+ years in motion design or animation

• Portfolio showcasing a variety of high-quality works

• Proficient in After Effects, Cinema 4D, and Adobe Suite

• Deep understanding of visual storytelling and design principles

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
